Interview
Telephone interview following CV submission, online test with practice agent email responses and FAQ questions about the company which is timed. There is then an interview with 2 members of management and finally a little 'game' with a few other candidates to see how well you all interact.

All the usual Customer Service Competency based ones. Tell me a time you changed someones mind, how to you motivate yourself when there is a massive workload, what new recipe would you suggest we include. etc.
