Interview
Easy process. Sounds like the interviewers work from home tho. Background check and drug test once you accept job offer. They give you a company vehicle and iPad to dispatch from home . Per diem pay.

Interview
Two phone screens with the same HR recruiter. Redundant. The recruiter was super personable first time over the phone. Then literally had the same interview but via video. She kept affirming everything I said. Came off as fake nice and I felt she was being passive aggressive, especially when I gave a fair response to the question of rating myself. Also their interview process is a turn off but they were more interested in me than I was of them so good practice if anything, and provides perspective of the worst as far as an interview process goes. Specifically, the amount of hoops you have to jump thru conveyed to me a vibe of distrust and insecurity in their own hiring. If this company was Goldman Sachs, I’d maybe get the rigor of their interview process but this company is not lol. Also how is their process reasonably accommodating for those with learning disabilities? Curious.

Interview
I was seeing red flags from the start. The recruiter didn't have any understanding of the job I applied for or even what benefits the company offers their employees. I moved on to the next step of interviews which went much better. I then moved onto the 3rd round and this is where it got really bad. They did a deep dive interview and really focused on any negative things that were said and not the positives. I was thankful a job offer didn't come through as I would not want to work for a company who has these kinds of hiring practices as it says a lot about the company.
