I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Heidelberg Materials (Sellersburg, IN) in Apr 2018

Interview

It was pretty straightforward. There was an interview on-site along with an interview over the phone. Just your standard interview questions are asked and nothing out of the ordinary. I met with a manager and learned more about the job and job description. I hope this helps with people they are planning on interviewing.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Heidelberg Materials (Redding, CA)

Interview

I did an online application for the position. Then recieved an email with a time and date to come in for an interview. The interview was with myself and 5 employees, 3 staff and 2 hourly. After that I recieved an email a few days later saying I had recieved the job but needed to take a drug test and phyiscal. Once I passed thoes I was told a day and time to come to the plant and start my training.
