Contacted by a recruiter about the job. Had a phone screening interview with HR where they wanted every detail about each job of why you left and what your start and end salary was. No questions about accomplishments. Very robotic. Had to complete an online behavioral test before arriving for in-person interview. Flew in for 1 full day of 1:1 interviews with 7 different people. Most people were generally nice. Some personable and conversational, others went through generic interview questions. Given 30 minutes to prepare for a 20 minute presentation at the end of the day in front of all the people you interviewed with throughout the day.
