Placed resume online and was contacted by executive director. She scheduled me for a interview, she said with her and current social worker. I arrived 15 minutes early and kept being told, "one more minute". Interview started past time to begin as they were having a staff luncheon. They were not prepared and the executive director wasn't present. I was interviewed by the office manager, coordinator, and social worker. None of which seemed to really know what to ask me. The interview was very rushed.
