Heart 2 Heart Fundraising interview questions

I had a phone interview where I was asked a few basic questions about myself, such as what I like to do in my free time, if I was a student/on a working holiday and why I want to work in fundraising. I was also asked which 3 famous people (dead or alive) I would invite for dinner and why. I was then informed I had passed the telephone interview stage and invited to a group interview. At the group interview we were given a task to find out as many facts about the person next to us as possible. After this we were informed more about the role itself, what it involved, hours we would work, rate of pay etc. We were then split into two teams and given a situation where we were allowed 3 items to get through it from a toy store. After this we were taken for brief individual interviews. We then were given a challenge on the street of exchanging a paper clip up to a total of 5 times and whoever could exchange it up to 5 times for something different the quickest, won. We were then informed that if we were successful we would be told within a few days. Overall the interview was fun and relaxed.
