I had 4 interview rounds with this company, and was told I was in the final round. There was only originally supposed to be 3 rounds to begin with. I thought everything went great, I was building rapport with the staff and my interviewers, on the final round the head of the department even jubilantly told me how much they liked me and thought I would do fantastic there. I followed up after the fact twice. The first time I was thanked and was told I would hear from the main interviewer. I didn't hear anything for a few days, and followed up again. Radio silence. Completely ghosted me. I put so much effort and so much time into the entire process (it took a month and a half to two months) that the least they could have done was just let me know that they went another direction. I'm not angry, it's just so disappointing.

The interview process was very straight forward and leaned on sales based questions, so be prepared to present your background and how it applies to the position. It is ok if you don't have that much experience.
