I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HealthyWage (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied for the position via LinkedIn and the Hiring Manager reached out to schedule and interview. After speaking with her I then met with both Co-founders one via a video call and the second via a phone call.
I was told after the 3rd interview that the next step would be to meet with another PM. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I send another email to follow up with the hiring manager to which I got no response.
I can understand that hiring managers can be extremely busy however, after 3 interviews and me taking time out of my day to interview I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful to not even send a follow up email letting me know they have gone in another direction.
At this point even if they were to call back I would not want to work for an organization who operates in that manner.
We very much appreciate the feedback you have provided about the interview process and understand your concerns. As you are aware, we are a small growing company and many of our processes remain very manual. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive a timely update after we had moved forward with other potential candidates. We can assure you this will be addressed with process improvement going forward. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HealthyWage (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Interview is about like this:
30 Minutes with HR
30 Minutes with the CEO/CTO
45 Panel Interview
30 Minutes with the current occupant.
I found it odd that the CEO is scheduled so soon, seems like a negative sign.
Usually when it's HR's turn to talk to you, they really bring the SPARKLE. I had to pry into benefits and pay. The benefits seemed minimal, but the pay was several steps higher than other companies, so depending on what you value that may be a positive.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They vaguely asked me about my experiences priorly.
They asked if I used a meal delivery service. (I believe that they were trying to ask a question about how health oriented my life is Or if I'm on a weight loss journey.)
We appreciate the feedback you have provided about the interview process. Our co-founders are very hands-on and take hiring very seriously, so speaking with the co-founders early in the process actually helps us let our applicants know that they are accessible and will be part of your everyday work. That is something we consider to be of value. Benefits and culture are also something that is very much a work in progress as we are growing. With growth sometimes come some growing pains. We have recently added some exciting new collaboration initiatives- like meetings in VR and a summer book club. We appreciate your time in responding and wish you the best in your career search.

Interview
There was about 3 interviews with both cofounders. The questions were basic but there was lots of questions and discussions. Overall they seemed very nice but they didn’t offer any healthcare and wanted to screen capture what I was doing in the monitor.

Question 1
Will you be ok if we screen capture what your doings on your monitor every 15 min to make sure you are working?
