Healthpoint Biotherapeutics interview questions

I was initially contacted via phone to set up a phone interview. It went great! Basic questions...your background from current position, what do you know about the company? what are you looking for in salary? The in-person interview was a bit odd. I was told that I would meet with the scientific advisor, senior production manager, and v.p., research development. When I arrived to the interview, the scientific advisor stated I was over qualified for the job and that they were looking for someone "less polished." The senior production manager was unavailable so I met with the production supervisor who had only been there two weeks. Then the v.p., research development had to go out of town. Overall, all the interviews went really well.
