Interview
I submitted my resume and received a phone call a few days later. It was partly done over the phone and in person. In person I was required to give a writing sample, it was pretty easy. I was also tested to make sure that I was fluent in Spanish.

I was asked the usual questions. No curve balls or surprises.
In 2013 I applied online. Waited 2 weeks to get a phone call which was a phone interview. I thought it went well. I guess she did not since I never heard back from them again.

I applied online and received a call 1 month later. I interviewed with HR they asked basic questions about my experience and interactions and finally 3 mock phone calls. I received a call 2 days later with an offer.
