Healthcare Consultancy Group interview questions

There was an initial HR screening, followed by 3 rounds of interview with the hiring manager, middle leadership, and full team. All interviews were virtual, discussion based, and lasted about 30 minutes.

Straightforward but drawn out. 1) Phone screen with talent acquisition team; 2) Writing test 1- 1 hr to fact check a PPT slide; 3) Writing test 2- 3 days to build a 10-slide deck summarizing a medical paper; 4) Writing test 3- 45 min to write an abstract when given an otherwise-complete manuscript; 5) First virtual interview (30 min) with 2 scientific team leaders; 6) Second set of virtual interviews (3 at 30 min each) with 2-3 mid-seniority members of scientific team.
