I would like to start with the positive, the Interview panel were consistently polite, professional, and well prepared. Each interview itself was structured and ran smoothly. Presentation stage was clearly explained and the panel engaged well. However there were three interviews and one presentation spread across over three months, with long unexplained delays between each stage. Very poor communication and emails were delayed. I was given no final outcome after completing all stages, including a formal presentation, I received no decision at all. No response to follow up emails requesting an update or feedback following all three interviews, leaving me completely in the dark. The process felt disorganised despite the panel doing their best; the delays and lack of closure suggested internal issues with coordination.
