On the interview day, you will get to do a numeracy, literacy, typing test and a little test of analytic skill as this will be needed in the call center. afterwards, you still do the face-to-face interview. They are very nice when you eventually get in, you will need to do a two-week training that determines if you get to be in the company because each Friday of the training day is a test day. this determines if you progress to the next stage.
