Basic normal questions. Very easy. Asked about previous employments and how they would make me a good candidate for this position. How many jobs I have been fired from. How I could contribute to company. What are my ambitions and long term goals.

Ever have an irate customer situation? How did you handle it? Was the customer satisfied? How would you rate that experience and your ability to handle the situation while adhering to company policy.
