The process started with some screening questions in an email, and after that there was a technical test asking for insights and presentation slides, with a possible presentation going forward.
It looks like an actual work project instead of the usual testing questions, which is a red flag, However, it is quite limited in scope so it can be done in a few hours, unless the candidate wants to do extensive research,
The issue is that the interview required context and background information, so it looked more like what an actual employee should be doing, instead of a job candidate.
After the interview, there was no reply for more than a month, after asking, the contact person instantly announced that the application failed.
Not sure how many of such tests are being sent out and there is no reply... just take note of this if you receive such a test.
