I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health Media Network (Darien, CT) in Sept 2016
Interview
Applied online, recruiter called me within 1 hour of applying and we had a long (30 minute) conversation and then scheduled an in-person interview. At the interview, I met with the recruiter who took a lot of the time to explain why she thinks I would be a great fit for the company. After that, I met with two other people who work there. I left an followed up with the recruiter a few days later and she said they were hiring a few positions and had a position they were going to offer me and I would start in about a week or so but that she was busy at the moment and would call me tomorrow. She never called so I followed up a few times regarding the offer and she never called back. Super rude and I'm REALLY glad I didn't quit my current job when I was told they would be hiring me because it was a fake offer.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me via linkedin. We had an informal phone interview and then there was a delay in setting up interviews. I was eventually interviewed by senior staff and met the CEO as well. There were three meetings in total with one fully dedicated to me asking questions and learning about their business. They asked me to provide feedback on a work plan during the process.

Interview
Efficient....Able to meet with several executive level individuals same day all of which were very forward but made the start-up environment welcoming. The position was described exactly as posted and with health benefits (the salary seems like it is not the most competitive). Interesting product and company goals were discussed as well as how the position will contribute to its ongoing expansion. The office is conveniently located by the train station.

Question 1
Not too many questions were asked or were surprising, but the ability to self manage and take initiative was tested.
