Interview
There is an initial phone screen interview by HR, Then you go through about five rounds of interviews. Some interviews are in person and some are through webex. The questions are not easy and are asking a lot about your ability to work with other, your management style, project management, how do you provide support and feedback, and do you have experience working with community stakeholders. Your last interview will either be with your direct supervisor or the manager of the program for the region. The interview process can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks.

I received an email about my application pretty quickly, around a day. The phone interview was scheduled for the next week and was 30 minutes. The interview was solely about my technical background in health equity and leading teams.
