The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ
Interview
Initial interview was very casual and on the phone. Second interview you shadow someone for 15 minutes and they tell you to show up in gym clothes as they don’t have a dress code. Final interview you’re expected to wear business casual and hold a presentation about all the successes in your life. All of that went well until they started asking me questions. It was really bizarre, one woman spoke to me in a very condescending manner, especially when I asked if she could repeat one question. I thought she was having a bad day so I shook it off, but after the final interview the recruiter was unresponsive and unreliable. After several follow ups And weeks later, I was finally sent a generic email (via the hiring website) that I didn’t get the job. The process was bizarre and discouraging. Please be more professional in the future.

I applied online. I interviewed at Health IQ in Sept 2019
Interview
Typical phone screening questions. Asked why I was interested in the position/organization. Also provided some further clarity on the role and company culture. They let me know to expect 10hr days and established what to expect in terms of pay.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The CEO and CTO were extremely condescending and it was a waste of my time. Work here if you just want to crunch numbers and do not have a brain. Left the interview knowing I did not want to work for the company. Didn't get an offer--which I was not surprised at all, since the panel was very off putting.
