Interview
Received an email for a phone screen with the recruiter. Basic questions about my experience, when I asked about the salary the recruiter was not willing to share their range and said that he did not have that information available to him (which we all know is not true).
Received a call back and asked if I could interview in the next hour or two, which was not very mindful of my time.
Scheduled for a later time and interviewed with three employees.
Final interview with the manager, which was more of a conversation.
Having worked here now for a bit, the disorganized recruitment process and playing games with the salary were warnings of an unorganized and bad work environment.

The interview started with a discussion about my previous experience and a brief overview of my resume. John asked specific questions related to my experience in data analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation. He presented a hypothetical scenario involving a client's request for a new feature in a software product and asked me to outline the steps I would take to gather and document requirements. He also asked about my familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and how I had used them in past projects. We delved into a detailed discussion of a project I had mentioned on my resume, focusing on how I identified key performance metrics and used them to make data-driven recommendations.
