Interview
There were 3 level of interviews - HR, direct manager and then VP. Each interview was to the point and only lasted 30 minutes. All were via zoom. No panel interviews. Focus was on past experience and examples of how I was successful in these areas before.

Most questions were around the ability to manage multiple site operations where travel is involved and young staff require lots of mentorship.
