Headland Consultancy interview questions

The interview process was fairly typical. I had an intro call with HR, and then I was asked to come into the office for 2 30 minute interviews with different senior employees. You are then asked to do an hour long written test which is quite difficult compared to other written tests and there is not really a way you can prepare for it.

Initially there was a telephone interview. This was then followed by an in-person interview which was about gaining an understanding of you as a person. Finally there was an in-person assessment centre with around 30 other people.
