need to do a personality test-- Chally. Once you pass the minimum for that role, need to speak to HR who asks standard questions and get information about salary expectation. Then interview with direct report who asks what accounts and relationships you have, what's your selling process, past success... final interview with a top decision maker in VP position.

Interview
Several meetings with Senior Executives over a 2 month period, introduced to the Senior HR Director, more meetings, then took the Chally evaluation. All results in this process were positive. Met more senior directors at Neocon, was offered a job on the spot.

There were no particularly difficult or unexpected questions. The Chally evaluation does require some unique thinking on obscure preferences.
