Three rounds of interviews. The first one was general questions about my work style, experience, and interest in the arts. Second was with a Sales Director who asked more specific questions. Third interview with the head of HR, which was more of a personality-forward interview.

I received a phone call from the employer to schedule my first interview with them, which I thought was very kind. The interview process went very smoothly afterwards and they were very quick moving to the next round of interviews.
