Haul interview questions

My experience interviewing with the recruiter was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. I have never had anyone ask me to summarize my work experience in 2 minutes in a 30 minute meeting. Also, I was told that I would have to complete an exercise to demonstrate my skills, when I asked about the exercise the recruiter stated he couldn't share any information about it because he hadn't put it together yet. Overall, the company mission is great but my experience with a member of their talent team wasn't.
