Interview
I feel that the whole interview process was a complete waste of my time and any other external candidates that may have of applied, as my feedback suggested that Hattons will always try and promote from within. I would suggest that moving forward that you should interview your internal candidates, if at this point they aren’t suitable you should then invite applications from external people
