Online video assessment that is pre recorded by one of the staff technical members in the same field. They just ask basic questions about who you are and a few technical questions and your working etiquette. After you then get an interview with hr then with technical personnel

Difficult to land an interview. Consideration must be given to specific quota. Research company manifesto and align your career goals to the company’s. Make sure you can elaborate on your technical proficiency and speak about your client relationships if you have any.
