Hastings seems like a good company to work for in terms of benefits and the people I spoke to during the interview stages however their recruitment process is awful. I applied for this job in June and had my first stage interview 2 weeks after which was then followed by a technical task (standard procedure) this was what was advertised in the job description however I was then asked to have a final interview with the head of the telematics department. I was then told I have another final interview with the director of telematics. What’s next the CEO? Baring in mind this was just a junior role, the amount of stages during the process was extremely unnecessary. The times between each interview was weeks and I constantly had to chase it up. Unfortunately I did not receive the offer due to another candidate being more experienced but luckily since it took months, I had multiple other interviews with other companies

Half an hour interview with manager - informal, asked about company and my ambitions Then take home case study and 90 min interview with two managers where I presented that and then was asked some behavioural questions

Very Simple... 3 rounds. 1. Testing Environment. (Numerical + Verbal + Logical reasoning) 2. Face to face interview with manager based on a pre completed mini project. 3. HR Round.
