I applied back in Nov 2020, heard back 3-4 weeks later for an initial video interview, then 2nd round with the Head of Strategy, and a final 3rd round that consisted of a case study that assesses your creative thinking & problem solving skills . This entire interview process lasted over a month.

What experience do you have with social media? (outside of personal use)
Straight forward questions about media and sports. Very conversational and easy going. Very friendly people. Company has grown since I have been there but a lot of people have stayed. Great enviornment.
