I was interviewed by six different people in the company. They asked random questions, but they want someone that is gong to stay with them for a long time and work at a low wage. The most senior man that said he could not retire (about 78) said he could not work well with youth. He had tried but failed and gave up. I assume he will discriminate against any young person that shows any bit of attitude. I told them about the pressure I had been put under in jobs to the point where I had almost died and expected that not to occur here. Then I went on and explained the gaps in my resume and how hard it had been finding work. They kept asking questions about whether I would stay or not. I told them that the salary was fine and this position would be a good start. By the questions they kept asking, it seems as if people keep leaving the company and have poor work performance. I also asked them what they do to make themselves happy. Most of them had weak answers and could not answer my question with any confidence. I would recommend waiting until the most senior man retires to make room for the next generation, before accepting a position here. Expect discrimination from senior members of society and be prepared to just swallow it.
