Interview
The HR manager asked me to plan for about an hour to one and half hours for the interview. I was able to meet with the executive team at different times. I believe I met with 5 interviewers and each was given 20-30 to interview me one on one. The HR manager explained that this is so that the candidate didn't have to schedule 2 different days and make arrangements with a current job. I considered it thoughtful. All of the interviewers were very laid back and presented a very casual atmosphere. It was a pretty intimidating process b/c you were meeting the Heads of all the major departments and everyone of them accomplished in their field.

I was really asked the basic interview questions, and they varied from person to person. The last person that I spoke with just let me do all of the talking and only asked a few questions.
