Easy questions. Manager was nice. It took about 30 minutes and after the basic questions he asked me my availability. Then I went to a separate desk and started filling out papers for employment. Then I did the drug test and they told me they would let me know when I could start. I started the following week working part-time.

Question 1
What is the most important thing for you in customer service?
Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

I apply through the Harris Teeter careers website.
Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”
Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
