The manager would call you when you were picked for an interview and will schedule you a time to meet. On the day you would go to customer service and ask if the interview was still scheduled and then be asked to take a seat to wait for the manager to arrive. During the interview the manager will ask questions, describe the workplace, qualifications, why you were picked for the interview, and any concerns they had like availability or transportation to work. Afterwords, the manager will explain the rate of pay as well as weekly hours and ask to meet again at a later date for official training.
