The person talked at me they really didn't ask me too many questions. We went over my availability and he told me about the job. What he told me about the job was not really how the job is however. He asked if I had any questions, I asked about their training, he said the training program is extensive. They have a training program in place, it's not really carried out when you get into the store.

1st personality interview with recruiter, 2nd interview with the district manager, make sure you know about the company. They both looked at body language.
