It was at a internal job fair. panel of 2 people, received on the spot offer. The were happy that my back ground was closely related to what they were looking for.
nursing has to do with managment of people. if you can show that you can stay calm in tough situations whether with employees or their type of patient population, that gives you an edge above the other interviwees.

Interview
The application process to gain an interview was straightforward and competitive. The interview was not as intimidating as a new grad nurse would think. Interviewer was very transparent! Greeters were kind as well as informative.
