Mostly no stage has taken. They called me using my European number, and it soon ran out of money (after about 30 secs). I gave them a local number immediately, but the interviewer ditched me to catch another call. I was waiting about 30 mins, sent her many email to ask if she can call me. After a few hours, she sent me an email to arrange another interview. Still, we could not connect at that second interview because she said it is impossible with her phone (but recruiter in other European countries called me and talked very well using that number). The most annoying thing was, she said she was not allowed to use Skype or Google Hangouts. I kept asking if we can chat via Skype, she disappeared and then came back with an answer: We have just closed the visa sponsorship for this position. You know what? About one week ago, I told her I need visa sponsorship to work in UK, and she said yes, don't worry, we have customers who are ready to sponsor. I totally wasted my time for Harnham UK interview. I sent them an email to complain but got no response yet after 5 weeks. And I don't even know if I used the right email address, because I had searched all over the site and it looks like there was no contact for this kind of complaint.
