I went to the Career Fair at my school. Recieved a plant tour and an interview in Kansas City, MO. I was notified a few weeks later stating that I got the offer.

it was really quick. I got a job offer after a few weeks. I had an interview with 4 people. Product manager, quality manager, human resources and another quality engineer that was working on the project i would be working on

Board style interview. Several engineer tech leads round robin ask questions relating to prior experiences. They are all reading off of a packet of questions. Can seem pretty intimidating but they are all relatively friendly. They will most likely be wearing jeans and a t shirt (maybe a polo). Dress slacks and dress shirt are sufficient for you to wear.
