Harlandale ISD interview questions

I had applied online from a different source. I was called in for an interview and I attended it. I was told someone else was already chosen for the position but I was told to a attend a second interview. I attended the second interview but the HR person seemed to put me down saying that a person better than you was already hired. The other t person that was hired seemed kind of rise and distant.

Interview process was easy and put together. Sat in a panel interview with different administrators asking various questions related to experience, teaching styles, etc. Was given a call back the same day with an offer.
