Harford County Public Schools interview questions

30 minutes to review questions and 30 minutes to answer while not allowing candidate to ask questions. This is not ideal as this comes across rushed and disorganized. I would temper expectations regarding the process.

First, you interview with the special education department, which is who offers you your contract. Then principals reach out for school-based interviews. If they think you are a good fit for the school, then they offer you a job at their school.
