it starts with a phone interview, it it goes well then you are called for almost a full day interview with the managers and the team, it was a friday and after all the interviews the manager told me all the went well and to expect an answer on Monday, i don't hear from them until 10 days later and they told me it's between me and someone else and I will get an answer on 2 days, 10 days later i get an email that i was declined for the job, my expectation was that because I had to take a day off to do the interview at least i should have received a call back after few days telling me that I wasn't accepted instead of an email after 20 days.
