Don't waste your time here. The company is incredibly unprofessional, small, and disorganized. I had a phone interview first in which an executive began the interview by saying my resume was "pretty chillin'" and he asked me ONE question. "What kind of design do you like?" and then, "Do you have any questions for me?" My questions went along the times of, "What will this internship even entail?". A week later I got called for an in person interview and I decided to go, thinking that maybe they just had one bad employee interviewing me. NOPE. The same guy interviewed me, he told me he forgot about the interview and "welcomed" me to "his state of mind". When the interview began, I kid you not, he asked me the same question, "What kind of design do you like?" I struggled to give an answer different than my first. He did ask me a few more questions but it was clear he wasn't interested in listening to my answers. When asked about the size of the company he told me he recently fired many people to make the company more "American". I couldn't make this stuff up. I then asked to see the office space since we were in an outside conference room, and he brought me to a cramped office space built for one with three people in it. On the way on he expressed his political views to me in way too much detail. I never heard back from them, not even a no-thank you. I'm surprised this company is even still afloat.
