Very unprofessional behavior. I was called all the way to their office in Electronic city which was 30 kms from my apartment only to be told that you will be given an assignment post completion of which, we will have a technical discussion. This all happened when there was a technical discussion scheduled. I mean if you want to give an assignment, you can share it over the email right? On top of that, the HR is trying to justify that this is the process when I tried to raise my concern. Very unethical and unprofessional. Never applying to Happiest Minds ever in my life.
