I applied online. I interviewed at Happa Studios (Lahore) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was pretty simple and straightforward. No assessment was required and it was an easy-going conversation. Not too long either. There was an online interview first and afterward an in-person one. It gave me a positive first impression
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Happa Studios (Lahore) in Jan 2017
Interview
It was very casual. They knew how to and which questions to ask step by step and then getting into details without making you nervous or confusing. Interviews happen at their beautifully designed open air rooftop.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Happa Studios (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was revealed in the 2nd interview that this position is not marketing management but door to door sales for "one year" and then possibility of management position.
In the first interview I met the hiring manager. He asked probably 5 questions and it was over in 5 minutes.
In the second interview I meet the manager who trains her group of sale representatives. We sat in a cafe downstairs. 'Sales' were sugarcoated as marketing, and it took a while to figure out all this. She asked me some questions and told me about herself mostly. She told me in a sugar coated way that it was all commission and how people make so much money with only $400 if you don't make any sales.
I was offered job. There was no contract offered but I was supposed to give them an answer still.
