Super easy, just be yourself. They just ask about you as a person to see if you’d be a good fit for the team (and your availability ofc). I applied and was hired the next day.

Interview process was straightforward with easy “tell us about a time” questions that focused on customer service, adaptability, and reliability. They are really just checking to make sure that you will be reliable in showing up to your shift, being pleasant to customers, and will do as you are told.
