Interview
Flexible scheduling, casual setting, warm and friendly staff and overall culture. The timing was quick, but not rushed. Due to timing of hiring the new Director it was delayed slightly, but it all worked out in the end. I appreciated the ability and flexibility to meet the Director for Coffee, rather than in office.

Interview
The Interview Process at Handshake was one of the best I've encountered to date. The recruiter was friendly and prompt while the hiring team was dynamic and thoughtful. While the Interview Process was extensive (6+ interviews over the course of 4-5 weeks), I felt as though I had a good understanding of how I was progressing with constant communication.
