Phone Screen and than in person interview. Took an assessment as well to gauge current skill set and potential career idea, which I found to be very interesting and helpful as a candidate

They were outside of the box thinking questions. It was nice to relate your experiences back to the actual job responsibilities. People who interviewed seemed friendly and it seemed like a fast paced environment with challenging opportunities
