I had an interview in the Greater Manchester store and was asked to fill in a form which had no option to decline to answer questions about protected characteristics, and then had an awful interview. I was faced with hostility, sexism, an unprofessional interviewer and condescension. I only had an interview - I can't imagine how awful it must be to actually work there.
