Very fair questions, kind and intentional leadership. They definitely want the best for their team. Menu seemed expensive and small. They seem to offer this due to a wide variety of guests.

Applied online for the job, a few days later got called in for an interview. During the interview was offered the job, most the questions were about availability, they told me a bit about the job and then I was shown around.
