One 20 minute phone call where you give detailed answers to pretty straightforward questions (i.e., talk about a time that you overcame adversity, how do you deal with a student who is resistant to instruction, etc.). Interviewer was personable and easy to get along with.

The interview process was 2 parts. There is an interview with HR. It's short and sweet. From there, if they choose to move forward with you, you move on to interview with the school(s) you want to work for. Those interviews can be a bit more involved since the principals are asking questions related to their specific student needs.
