Initial round was telephonic followed by an in person technical round and excel proficiency test.
The interviewers were very welcoming & helpful during the assessment just in case you get stuck anywhere.

Interview
I will frame this process by stating that the position Hamister Group hired me for, was a completely new one, so if it seems long-winded, it was the company just being thorough.
I had reached out to the communications director as my previous job was ending. Two days later, I was on a phone interview with the him and the Creative Director. The interview lasted for about an hour, and consisted of technical, and theoretical questions about my experience. By the end of the week, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview, in which I had to complete a mock SEO audit. After presenting my findings, in-person, I was then asked to do a skype interview with another member of the marketing department. This skype interview lasted for around 45 minutes. Finally, I was asked to come in for a final interview with the director of HR, which lasted another hour. By the end of that week, they had presented me with an offer.

Interview
These folks first sent me an email with a request to respond to written questions. Then came a Skype interview and then not one but two in person interviews with two different people. I have never had such a thorough vetting before. At first it seemed like a lot but the more I drilled down the more I became aware that this was a company that wanted to be careful about making the right decisions for a good fit.

They asked some of their questions in what seemed like a strange approach. They asked me to give them examples and to share real life stories about their areas of concern. When I reflected and id some google searches after the interview, I was impressed. I hope that they were of me.
