I did the first step of the interview with the HR, she knew all my features and she liked my profile.
After almost 3 weeks until now I didn't receive a feedback.

Tell me about experiences with medical devices in laboratories
I interviewed with the HR first and then with the hiring manager as a second round. Both were via Zoom and around 40-50 minutes call. HR interview was pretty straightforward and typical and the second round interview was more in-depth, they asked you about your understanding of the job description and why you fit in this role.

Interview
After reviewing the position with HR and a brief phone interview, I was brought in for an on-site interview. There were a number of one-on-one and small group interviews scheduled over a few hours with people in the group all the way up to the director level.
